Fighting	Sure. Just note that although he has no special powers at this time (aside from knowing a few spells), he is not completely defenseless.
Injuring	Fine with me, but be reasonable.
Killing	This one would obviously need to be discussed first, and I'm not likely to agree unless it's a part of a plot.

Hugging	Absolutely. He might get embarrassed and try to back away if he doesn't know the other character too well, though.
Flirting	Same as above!
Kissing	Things like kisses on the cheek are perfectly fine. He might freak out if you try to go further, though, so keep that in mind.
